Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

 

Our Policy:

 

  • Any cancellation made outside of the 24-hour window of your appointment will result in a 100% refund or reschedule of your appointment to a more convenient time for you.

  • If at least 4 hours notice is given before your appointment, then we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time for you. (Please note that rescheduling times are during our business hours [9am -6pm]. For example, if your appointment is at 9am, please let us know no later than 2pm the day before to reschedule your appointment.)

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 4 hours before the appointment will result in paying the full appointment fee. 

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation policy will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. 

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, you will not be charged a fee. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
